Welcome to the End-of-Year Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) booking page.
The End-of-Year Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) provides parents and guardians with the opportunity to meet with subject teachers and Homeroom Teachers (HRTs) to discuss students’ academic progress, learning journey, and overall development throughout the academic year.

PTC Date: Thursday, 25 June 2026Time: 8.15am to 4.30pmAppointment Duration: 15 minutes per slot
Booking Period
Bookings will open on 16 June 2026 and close on 23 June 2026.
Appointments are managed through Google Calendar. Parents may book preferred appointment slots directly with the relevant teachers using the links provided. Kindly ensure that appointments with different teachers do not overlap.
If you are unable to secure an available slot with a teacher, you may contact the respective teacher directly via email to arrange an alternative meeting on another day.
Please note that some Google Calendar confirmation emails may display appointment times in UTC instead of Malaysia Time (MYT, UTC+8), depending on your device or calendar settings. We recommend checking the time carefully after making your booking.
